  • Recruited to participated in a stretch key business initiative in efforts to strategize the marketplace and detect future consumer habits in efforts to mature product line. Led small business unit which ultimately proposed creating a hybrid product that combined life insurance elements with equity investments. Ultimately unsuccessful, the product was never launched, while I personally received a “High Potential” tag from guiding executives as a future leader.
