1. Job description of being a processor technician for PIP I checked the shot count for the A side and the B side 2.I do my processor checklist, which I check the temperature for the Poly (70-90)and for the iso (70-90),making sure the chiller is on and it is set between 16 and 20 I also checked the chemical to make sure it’s the correct one which is WCHM00159 is the. poly. RCHM00145 is the ISO I also look at the thermometer to make sure it between 120 and 140 I alsochecked the iso chemical pressure which needs to be set between 1700 - 2200 PSI and the poly chemical pressure which needs to be set between 1800-2300 PSI I also checked both day tank blanket pressure which needs to be set between 20 to 40 psi I also verify if it’s any cracks or splits in the hose on the robot head I also check for any leaks. My final step is to make every tool that I am running is on. And about the temperature of the bowls that needs to be chilled or set at the right degrees. a. 3.I go to the production office to get my schedule from my supervisor so I can know what’s on my agenda for the day after identifying what we are running and if it can be ran. 4. 4.I make sure my team has all the materials they might need for the shift for example insert vinyl screws poker wire, white wax, green scrubby pad seat, pans boxes, tape markers, color pencils 5.I have a quick meeting with my team to let everyone know what is on my agenda and what is tobe expected. 6.If we are having issues with the part, I look at the MPQA to determine what is bad and what it’s notif it is bad I check the back of the tool to make sure that they are being poked so it’s proper airflow. I checked the temperature of the tool to make sure it’s set at the right setting, and I examined the tool to make sure it is being clean I also adjust weight to see if it help if none of that works, I dumped the poly chemical and if that don’t work, I stopped the project and ask for help form first shift iii. 7.I also make sure all my people are being respectful to each other if any issues occur I will talk to each person separately to see what’s going on and if it is a serious issue, I would take it to my supervisor and let him handle it from there. 8.I train all new workers coming to Pip according to what the MPQA says, I also 5s every day and tolet my guys know what 5s is on a daily basis 9.I deal with any quality alerts for PIP Review it with my team, so we do not make the same mistakesvi. 10.At the end of the night, making sure cleanup is done the right way making sure no parts our left behind making sure there’s no trash, everything off the floor 5. 11.I am responsible for EOS, report making sure my numbers are correct and leaving detailed information for the next shift about what happened on our area in your current problems?
