• Successful implementation of Tapestry CRM and Tapestry Link modules, new ASC/acquisitions, and multiple specialty OpTime workflows.
• Support and maintain current build for multiple Epic modules.
• Develop and create new functionality and workflows for OpTime/Anesthesia Physicians/Clinicians, the UM/Outreach team, and Tapestry Link Users.
• Extensive collaboration across markets, departments, and teammates.
• Provider documentation template build and maintenance.
• Maintain Chart Reviewing program records and follow up.
• HCC diagnoses coding, E/M auditing and Data analysis
• Conduct EpicCare, OpTime, and Anesthesia training for current and new providers and teammates.
• Design curriculum and lesson plans for Clinical staff and Providers.
• Create training documents to support lean and efficient workflows.
• Provide ongoing personalized provider support for all levels of workflow efficiencies.
• Training Environment build and maintenance.
• Project management and planning for training implementations.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Captivate and Visio in the development of learning and communication materials.
• Provider and clinician support for go-live of successful EpicCare implementation.
