  • In this role, it was also my responsibility to observe children and document the observations in the Creative Curriculum program
  • Every 3-4 months, each student would be evaluated to determine if they were meeting standards or not
  • If they were not, I had to develop a plan to help the child improve over the next 3-4 months
  • Head Start required parent meetings 2x during the school year
  • It was my responsibility to set each meeting up, prepare for the meeting, conduct the meeting, and of course communicate with the parent(s) of each student
  • During each meeting, I would inform the parent(s) on the strengths and weaknesses of their child/my student
  • I would assist with at home learning opportunities and answer any questions they had about their child
