I worked the drive-thru and front counter lanes, inputting orders, and I also worked at the cash window, paying out customers' orders. While working in either lane one or two during the morning breakfast, I made coffee drinks from lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos. Along with regular hot coffee, Frappes, drop hash browns if needed. Filling the frappe machine with buckets of ice that included the drive-thru soda machine. Making shakes, ice cream cones, and McFlurries. Restocking our cups, napkins, lids, and straws. At times, when changing out drink mixes for our flavored drinks, I would drop fries during the switchover. Keeping the work area clean by sweeping and mopping. I would deliver customer orders to drive-thru wait slots, and curbside. I attended to the cleaning of the customer dining area, constantly cleaning tables and keeping the floors swept and mopped. Maintaining the customers, lavatories.

A tribal program trains our members to seek hired positions in the many departments throughout the casino. I worked in housekeeping, EVS, and as a waiter in the restaurants. Food preparation, warehouse, maintenance, security, game attendant, cashier clerk, working hard to count the revenue from the casino machines, including table games, bingo, etc. I spent a total of four weeks in each department unless I was needed longer.

I was hired at the very beginning of the company's grand opening, where I got my start in the drive-thru. I took orders while paying out each customer. It is very important to listen while counting money, and not come up short in my cash drawer. I would wash the kitchen utensils, cookware, and items. I also prepared cinnamon twists and nacho chips, bagging both. I maintained the cleaning throughout the eating areas and stocked the fountain counter. Helping with sweeping/mopping within the kitchen.
