Maintained and repaired all machines and equipment associated with production. Performed scheduled maintenance on BW corrugator, Flexo CI press, Sheeter corrugators, and all plant equipment. Diagnosed and repaired boiler and steam systems, chillers, roll trollies, unitizers, strappers, and starch kitchens. Designed, built, and installed a complete waste water system to be in compliance with City of Fort Worth treatment plants Wastewater certified with Walla Walla Environmental and Hoffland Environmental. Spoke to vendors and ordered parts, repaired and installed 3 phase pumps and PLC cabinets. Worked closely with tech support for difficult issues.
