Diagnosed and repaired boiler and steam systems, chillers, roll trollies, unitizers, strappers, and starch kitchens. Designed, built, and installed a complete waste water system to be in compliance with City of Fort Worth treatment plants Wastewater certified with Walla Walla Environmental and Hoffland Environmental. Spoke to vendors and ordered parts, repaired and installed 3 phase pumps and PLC cabinets. Worked closely with tech support for difficult issues.

Maintain and repair BW 98inch corrugator and Mitsubishi EVOL. Responsible for proper operation of starch room, boiler and chiller. Repaired and maintained strappers, unitizers, conveyors, roll stands, roll trollies,knives, shearer, die cutters, counter ejectors, slitter, baler etc. Worked closely with BW tech support to troubleshoot and repair difficult communication issues with the machines. Waste water certified with Walla Walla Enviornmental. Performed and documented scheduled PM maintenance on all machines.

Accountable for daily operations of repairing and reconditioning of foreign and domestic light and heavy duty vehicles. Using factory service reference materials and technical service bulletins to accurately diagnose and repair a wide variety of all makes and models. Installed GPS units on vehicles and equipment for tracking. Measured components to check factory specifications. Diagnosed and repaired malfunctions on engines, transmissions, electronics, wiring, chassis, and suspension systems. Removing and replacing AC and DC electrical motors, transmissions, pumps, actuators, sensors, and complex, unconventional components is required in this position.
