• Diagnose mechanical issues on oil field equipment including pumps, generators, compressors, trucks, frac equipment, and drilling rigs.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and increase equipment life.

• Repair or replace faulty components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems.

• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, repairs, and parts used.

• Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems.

• Respond to breakdowns in the field and provide on-site repairs as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Work closely with supervisors and operators to schedule maintenance around operational needs.

• Operate industrial power washing equipment to clean oil field machinery, trucks, frac tanks, rigs, and work areas.

• Safely remove mud, oil, grease, and other contaminants from equipment and surfaces.

• Set up and tear down wash stations at field sites.

• Conduct pre- and post-inspections of equipment to ensure proper cleaning and identify any damage or maintenance needs.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring tools are in good working condition.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Properly dispose of waste water and chemicals according to environmental regulations.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members to coordinate wash operations.
