Providing order entry and clinical monitoring for multiple hospital facilities in Florida remotely from home. Consistently exceeding productivity goals and other performance metrics. Selected to head Vigilanz program providing clinical services such as renal dosing, IV to PO conversions, glycemic control, VTE prophylaxis monitoring, and antimicrobial stewardship. Vigilanz is now a thriving service provided remotely by the COE team. Worked closely alongside managers to assist in process standardization and improvements.

Worked closely with pharmacists and doctors using medication input software to safely and accurately dispense medication. Efficiently answered phone requests and inquiries and processed a high volume of order requests from nurses and doctors. Dispensed and delivered patient medications to patients throughout hospital. Maintained drug inventory levels by ordering necessary medications and supplies and verifying deliveries against purchase orders. Collaborated closely with healthcare professionals to monitor and assess quality and effectiveness of drugs or drug regimens. Oversaw pharmacy and technicians' drug preparation and distribution activities to provide safe, efficient care for patients.

Managed several high volume pharmacies in the Atlanta area as well as South Georgia. Supervised a team of technicians and staff pharmacists maintaining specific company-led metrics for quality and efficiency. Maintained updated records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles, charge system files, inventories and controlled substance registries. Conducted drug utilization reviews, drug interventions, and medication therapy management. Provided highest volume of immunizations consistently in my area. Led division in medication therapy management (MTM) consults. Became part of the implementation team in charge of setting up several new stores and providing staff training for pharmacists and technicians. Recruited, hired and trained staff, providing direct supervision, ongoing staff development and continuing education to employees.
