- Coordinate with buyers throughout purchasing process by communicating with suppliers' raw material, capacity and delivery fulfillment, reporting shipment discrepancy, damage and payment issues and generating spending report per product family or regions.
- Guide suppliers to process with booking and updating shipment information on our logistic platform- GTN. Handle Direct Shipments for our key customers (Walmart/Amazon/Target) and follow up the relevant export documents and system update.
