- Work in the Transportation Secure Data Center (TSDC) cleansing and standardizing incoming travel survey data prior to its availability internally and to the public.
- Provide internal and external user support accessing stored travel survey data.
- Conducted research on assessing study participant privacy and disclosure risk on national household survey data. Results of this analysis led to changes in TSDC data anonymization workflow.

- Implemented standard operational procedures for production logging engineers, with main goal of reducing operational lost time and increasing service quality.
