• Progress Reporting: Regularly engages with field engineers and supervisors to track daily operations, project documentation, and overall progress for multiple concurrently running jobs, consolidating daily reports into performance summaries.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Main point of contact between field staff and account representatives, ensuring that communication remains open to identify and process change requests and other adjustments to work plans in a proactive manner. I worked as a focal point for customers both on-site and in the office by sharing technical information and providing support for technical decisions.
• Project Close-Out: Reviews field tickets and material documentation to ensure they match the initial proposal, using database software to reconcile materials and design completion. Afterward, I compiled and submitted the documentation to the account representatives for customer sign-off and final adjustments.

• Quality Control: regularly conducted thorough inspections to detect and address any potential safety hazards on-site. I applied techniques such as root cause, A3, and continuous improvement in administrative and engineering processes and procedures. If any issues were found, I reported them immediately and worked with cross-functional teams to implement necessary improvements and controls. Additionally, I reviewed laboratory test results and kept track of chemical usage in accordance with our operational guidelines.
