  • Manage the Common Level of Support agreements between ECBC and DPW by directing the service orders to properly reflect SRM requests that are either direct support or general building funds/accounts.
  • Survey the buildings during daily site tours of the facilities to inspect the overall operation of items, such as but not limited to, the proper functioning of the roof drains, outdoor lighting, water coolers, interior lighting, fire-extinguishers, door locks, AEDs, roofs, and exterior structural leakage, plumbing issues related to the bathrooms, and various HVACR issues.
  • Serve as the ISR Facility Inspector for all ECBC buildings, inspect buildings for quality and mission essential sub-categories listed in the IMCOM rating guidelines, and write all reports necessary to be turned over to DPW.
  • Design, plant, and maintain the exterior landscaping to include the front gardens.
  • Coordinate the access and daily work schedule of all contractors working inside or outside of buildings E3330, E3331, E3320, and E3332, to include coordination efforts between the Contracting Officer’s Representative and the tenants, to ensure maximum production of the daily work schedules of both the contractors and the government employees and to not disrupt the daily mission essential requirements.
  • Escort contractors and personnel as needed.
  • Facilitate the necessary logistical requirements needed for conferences and training exercises located in conference rooms and training centers.
  • Shovel snow during snow emergency days.
  • Input and track all SRM needs & grounds requirements for facilities with employees of the DPW, utilizing the current workload management system, Maximo, GFEBS, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with ECBC Physical Security Specialists to plan, conduct, and survey the overall operation and effectiveness of the ECBC Emergency Action Plan, which includes but is not limited to, the yearly Delta Exercise Program, fire evacuation plan, 'shelter in place for a shooter' program scenario, and terrorist activity to include physical and biological threats.
  • Provide light daily maintenance that includes cleaning the facility breakrooms, classrooms and other areas listed in the contract.
  • Maintain a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), that includes inspecting both open and completed service orders and IJO’S while inspecting for the timeliness and quality of work that is performed.
  • Assure that Quality Surveillance inspections are conducted In Accordance With (IAW), stakeholders required contractual deliverables listed in the contract.
  • Conduct inspections in compliance with the Accepted Quality Levels, (AQL’S) listed in the QASP.
