· Human Capital Management (HCM)/Compensation project lead in documenting business processes, gathering requirements, developing, configuring, testing on the implementation of new payroll system in Workday.
· Analyzed the configuration of the new Workday system to ensure requirements met the County’s needs of day-to-day business process.
