  • Managed customer feedbacks, resolved data discrepancies by conducting thorough research and analysis and effective communication, and held employees accountable throughout the process

In 2014, DCI was purchased by LeadVenture (formerly known as ARI). I received an offer to retain my Lead position, which was renamed to Image Team Lead, which included all Senior Team Lead responsibilities.

  • Working closely with I.T., drove initiatives to automate manual processes for data management (eBuilder Suite) to reduce work hours and save the company money; identify data management needs and develop tools and solutions to optimize data workflow and usage for the Data Team.

Superman Cape Automotive Integrations July 2023

Bill McMahon, based in California, surprised me with a box sent to my Iowa home. It contained a full-size Superman Cape. He explained he was impressed with the way I quickly took the lead on and completed requests. This was primarily for my work in HubSpot: creating email templates, knowledgebase articles, proposals, line items, and Contract Type automation.
