  • Provided services to families to help achieve tasks needed to correct the behaviors that brought their child(ren) into DHS custody, this included other family members too.
  • Sought out placements for children that would meet their Medical, educational, Physical, and mental health needs.
  • When homes and family were found to be safe again, returned child(ren) back to their home. If their needs were not going to be met and home was not safe for them again, I participated in seeking out and placing them in permanent homes that could provide all their needs.
  • Created treatment and safety plans for all involved.
