Leadership Experience

The job where I made a bigger change was in the hardware store. The store was about to close because of the big debt it had. I started to analyze every aspect of the business to identify what wasn't working well. I noticed that the previous administrator didn't manage well the payments to the suppliers. I involved all the employees to categorize every supplier and identify the products that couldn't miss when ordering products. The employees together with me learned to optimize the orders to reduce the cost of the orders to be able to pay the past debt with each supplier.
