Setup and check automated equipment performance in the packaging area to ensure accuracy. Test pack scales for weighing and packaging of finished product, and prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping. Alert the area supervisor to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations. Adhere to (SOPs) and (CGMPs), document process steps on SAP, and accurately maintain all documentation to ensure product traceability. Properly clean and prep assigned workstations and equipment during and prior to the next available shift. Promote and support a Lean environment. Conform with and abide by all corporate and site specific regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance. Work 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule), perform other duties as assigned based on customers’ needs.
