• As leader of the metering department, my duties include billing, NET and key accounts, field metering, substation communications, and AMI.
• I recently managed our $4 million AMI installation project. I provide outstanding consumer relations and have an impeccable safety record for my department, while accomplishing a very high rate of work production, with few mistakes.
• Within the meter department, I led the implementation and utilization of the mobile workforce on a daily basis to better manage our workload.
• I also led our company's rate class cleanup, major rate restructuring, NET metering, renewables, pre-pay, and mobile work order/ service order programs.
• Responsibilities also include project management, rate analysis, energy audit program, and current Operations Analytics implementation.

For the local radio station:

• I do play by play and color commentating for high school football, basketball, and baseball.
• I have done some stints on TV at division II college level.
• Delivered exceptional programming to audience members by always researching events, guests and programs thoroughly.

• All duties involved in leading a successful high school basketball program, including communicating with parents, players, administration, turning around the programs budget, managing support staff, and organizing summer tournaments and camps.
• Instructed players on different game techniques and managed training schedule to develop skills.
• Established and managed robust calendar of practices and games.

• I was ranked in the top three utility locators every year for productivity with the lowest missed locate rate.
• After being promoted to Head Supervisor, I was assigned an area that consistently ranked at the bottom for productivity.
• Within a year, I led my area in becoming number one in productivity, coming in consistently under budget, and directly supervising 13 employees while indirectly supervising 21 additional employees.
• During this time, I successfully worked with many utility companies and area managers of the industry, including 6 electric cooperatives.
