I have had the pleasure of learning from some extremely gifted, talented, and successful people throughout my career.   • As leader of the metering department, my duties include billing, NET and key accounts, field metering, substation communications, and AMI.
  • I recently managed our $4 million AMI installation project. I provide outstanding consumer relations and have an impeccable safety record for my department, while accomplishing a very high rate of work production, with few mistakes.
  • Within the meter department, I led the implementation and utilization of the mobile workforce on a daily basis to better manage our workload.
  • I also led our company's rate class cleanup, major rate restructuring, NET metering, renewables, pre-pay, and mobile work order/ service order programs.
  • Responsibilities also include project management, rate analysis, energy audit program, and current Operations Analytics implementation.
