I have been a hardworking, successful leader in a successful electric cooperative for over 17 years. Prior to Sangre de Cristo Electric Association Inc., I supervised over 20 employees for a demanding regional utility company. I have 17 years of basketball coaching experience, 10 as a high school head coach and 7 as an assistant coach. I have had the pleasure of learning from some extremely gifted, talented, and successful people throughout my career. I would embrace the challenges and opportunities of being in the Engineering Superintendent position, and would use my skills and leadership talents to ensure the continued success for SDCEA. I am a highly effective, hard working, dependable utility professional emphasizing leadership, innovation, and creativity in solving complex problems. I am energetic and results-focused with success in developing and leading diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
