Assisting customers with returning unused cable equipment and also assisting them with ,bill inquiries , disputes, payments , payment plans and or arrangements

• Assisting airline passengers with check-in procedures, verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, managing luggage, and ensuring a smooth boarding process while providing excellent customer service at the ticket counter and gate area

• Primarily interacting with customers via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services, handling both inbound calls from customers seeking assistance and sometimes outbound calls for sales or marketing purposes, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor
• Utilizing computer and software knowledge, and exercising strong communication skills

• Responsible for performing various tasks on the assembly line, including operating machinery, quality checking components, assembling parts, and ensuring the smooth production of Tesla vehicles while adhering to strict quality standards and safety protocols, all within a fast-paced production environment

• Responsible for accurately processing customer payments at a point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit cards, and debit cards, while providing excellent customer service by greeting patrons, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a clean and organized checkout area

• Preparing and serving coffee drinks like espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos as well as smoothies, operating a cash register, taking customer orders, handling payments, and ensuring accurate transactions while maintaining excellent customer service with a positive attitude

• Pushing and pulling cans to and from aircrafts, package handling, stacking packages, quality inspection, consistently lifting packages 25-75 lbs, marshaling trucks and aircrafts, wing walking, conducting fod walks

• Helping customers while completing workload with minimal guest disruption
• Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock for customers
• Push and stock product to sales floor
• Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments
• Exercising excellent customer service and communication skills

• Providing direct support to a lead teacher in a classroom setting, assisting with lesson preparation, student supervision, individual or small group instruction, maintaining a positive learning environment, and documenting student progress, ultimately ensuring the effective delivery of educational content and activities to the pupils within our care
