204B/supervisor/OIC/post master relief: I fill in and serve as a manager/supervisor when needed. I perform supervisor task including customer service, multi tasking, opening and closing the post office, and assist with customers with escalated situations. I cover vacations, leave, and fill in for several months at a time when needed with management task.
