Leo McNulty

I was a Junior Counselor for the Sequoias and the Pines. The Sequoias were a group of about a dozen 14 year old boys and the Pines were a group of about Fifteen 6-7 year old boys and girls. I was responsible for leading the groups to their designated activities including swimming, soccer, basketball, archery, and planning special events. I was also responsible for enforcing Covid - 19 protocols like wearing facemasks in designated areas, washing hands after every meal, and planning conscientious mask breaks when the weather was very hot.

I was a Junior Counselor for the Sequoias. A group of about a dozen thirteen year old boys who helped create one of the best summers of my life, despite the challenges this year has thrown at everyone. I made sure our group followed Covid - 19 guidelines to ensure the safety of every child at camp. I also led the group in daily team activities including swimming, building an award-winning campsite, teaching chess, digging holes, planning special events, and was responsible for daily upkeep and cleanliness of our base.
