Field Operations Manager- Collision
One of the primary stakeholders that participated in the creation of the Box Repair Center or BRC business model in 2015
While managing the Phoenix PTCR location, participated in the following projects-
- Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department Automotive Collision operation.
- Setting up and opening the first BRC location in Denver October 2016.
- Las Vegas BRC from initial visit through project approval, location set up, training and opening the location in 2018.
- Successfully managed 13 of 49 BRC / PTCR projects from conception through the opening and continuous support processes.
Ongoing Field Support-
- Collaboration with Field Managers to assess needs and develop program plans.
- Assist in evaluating Technician work and developed process improvement plans.
- Created and maintain APL programs with vendors such as PPG/ SW and 3M.
- Collaboration with Field locations to develop Best Practices for group.
- Evaluate Tooling to identify standards for locations use.
- Collaboration with field to build process standards.
Corporate Responsibilities / Support-
- Collaborated with Sourcing on numerous projects such as, PPG pricing and rebate agreements, GFS PM/Maintenance contract and retrofit program as well as OEM parts projects with Daimler, Volvo and Ford.
- Collaborated with Finance and Sourcing to manage Vendor Rebate programs for PPG / Sherwin Williams and 3M.
- Manage relationships with software vendors such as Summit, AdjustRite/PPG.
- Primary Stakeholder in agreement with Mitchell Truck Max estimating program.
Acquisitions and Business Development-
- Collaborated with corporate team on Project Peyton / Omaha acquisition.
- Current projects include Tucson BRC, large remodel Montebello, CA. BRC and Trailer repair in Corona/Fontana and potential acquisitions in South Central, Southern California and Pacific North West
