As the Senior Concrete Superintendent my job was to oversee the construction project in Springdale, Arkansas in building Northwest Arkansas Food Systems. The overall General Contractor on site was CDI Construction.

• Collaborated with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration of concrete work into overall project designs.
• Maintained clean, safe worksite for team safety and to help keep projects on-track.

Primary job was to manage daily operational aspects of a project specializing in commercial concrete. I supervised the project at the Naval Air Station in Ft. Worth, Texas. I supervised, trained, and motivated the staff and worked with the subcontractors, safety, and project managers. I have extensive knowledge of building codes, specifications, regulations, and workload planning.

With this job, I had various levels of government clearance.

• Optimized construction workflows through careful planning of resources such as manpower, equipment utilization, materials procurement, and logistics management.

My job at Reid was Senior Superintendent with experience in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing jobs for concrete and construction projects. Some of the budgets for these jobs ranged from 130K to 22M. Three of these government jobs I worked were at Western Currency in Ft. Worth, Texas, Red River Army Depot in New Boston, Texas,. Also, new school construction sites in Ft. Worth, Texas, and Tyler Texas.

Specialized skills in commercial concrete, tilt wall, industrial and commercial. Simultaneously managed multiple projects while supervising all aspects of subcontractors responsibilities. This too included interviewing, training, safety, and scheduling thirty (30) self perform employees.

• Ensured safety compliance on job sites by enforcing strict adherence to company policies and OSHA regulations.

Built multi level concrete structures, tilt walls, commercial paving and variations of TxDOT projects. Managed daily field operation, logistics of self-perform manpower and material handling. I implemented safety protocols, production reports, material tracking for these jobs costing between 100K to 10M. I did the scheduling, hiring, and training work for crews on separate timeframes to cover day and night shifts.

• Supported project coordination and smooth workflow by coordinating materials, inspections, and contractor actions.
