I have been a part of the DOC for almost 12 years including almost 6 with the industries team. I know the products and what they are supposed to look like. I know a lot of the clerks and residents that work in industries. I use electric jacks and fork trucks. I know the Talech system and update products as needed. I know how to order ahead so we don't run out of wood/product. I have great customer service when dealing with the public. I am extremely reliable and consistent. I am very positive and team oriented. I know how to keep inventory on all tools and are use to shadow boards. I know the best sellers at showroom and times certain items sell better.
* I spent 5 and a half years as a pod officer relief/Medium unit.
* I had to supervise 60-80 residents at a time.
