  • Documented and resolved a balance issue a customer was having on their car as they have been to multiple locations to find the issue as I inspected the assembly I found a suspension component has completely failed causing a vibration while they drove it resulted in someone who was satisfied and safer on the road.
  • Achieved on lowering bay times in the backroom from 16.5 minutes to 13.2 minutes bay times in the backroom by showing proper and efficient workflow along with guiding the technicians who were having issues following workflow.
