Supporting material take off and pre purchase of long lead.

Estimating and processing sub contracts and change orders.

Supervised the process pipe, waste and I&C Base Build Install

Coordinate and track schedules with all trades and system owners.

Required strong ability to comprehend Process, Elect and I&C design.

Estimating and processed change orders and warranties.

Early Days,

Started Pipefitter Apprenticeship in 1979 and earned Journeyman status in 1983.

Spent 13 years in Los Alamos, NM (LANL) 1981- 1993 working in the Utilities Dept.

Duties included Installing, monitoring and maintaining ground water wells.

Maintaining Potable drinking water systems and operating Activated Sludge Waste Water treatment plants.

Maintaining Natural Gas along with Steam and Condensate systems.

1983- 2008 Worked on the semi conductor facility in Rio Rancho, NM

Worked under several contractors over the years as a Pipefitter, Foreman, General Foremen and Superintendent.

Duties include install of High Purity Gas and Water systems along with Process Waste, Collection and Treatment.
