Intro

I am a graduate of College of San Mateo with an Associate's Degree in Broadcasting. I have worked at a TV station (KCSM) as a student assistant helping out with various clerical tasks. After graduating I have been working as a manager at Safeway for the past 5 years. I strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers that we see on a daily basis and have come to consider them family. I strive to provide the best customer support by teaching customers to take advantage of our deals and promotions. Our customers consist mainly of retirees, Instacart and DoorDash shoppers, and foreign nationals. We are the best in customer service due to our eagerness to help and teach our customers how to navigate in a cumbersome tech-dominated shopping experience.
