• Lead Staffing Coordinator; 2019 - Current
o Leading, monitoring, and training employees for particular cases
o Creating monthly schedules for employees; while gauging overtime and time-off
o Daily documentation checks: IEPs/IPPs, behaviors logs, staff notes/logs
o Report to Department Manager: missing documentations, client issues and/or staff issues
• Work directly with families and provide temporary relief
• Actively engage with client/s by performing daily activities while at home or in the community and managing minor behavior problems that may occur
• Directly observe and gather data on those behaviors
• Promote community integration and education on self-help skills
• Teach independence and domestic skills (preparing meals, carrying out chores, etc.)
• Teach the individual(s) to generalize their social communication skills in their natural environment
• Keep updated of current literature and research in the field
• Abide by the agencies policies and procedures
• Attend staff meetings and other training opportunities
