  • My essential function wass to make sure clients were provided the living conditions to keep the organization in compliance with City & State norms
  • Operations oversees meals, mail distribution, family intakes/discharges, client transfers and all other daily logistical tasks
  • As the DOO I supervised all Operations staff as well as Security staff at both facilities
  • In total I had about 80 employees directly reporting to me
  • Also maintained a series of documents known as critical files for both locations, which are vital to passing City/State Audits
  • OTDA, DHS, CFTH & HRA Audits were also my responsibility

  • Primary responsibilities included managing logistics of the Seton Teaching Fellows program and their communities, as well as supporting the holistic development of the Seton Teaching Fellows
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the program which at the time housed and supported 40+ members
  • Planning and executing weekly formation events and seasonal retreats
  • As an RFM I also assisted the Director of Formation in holding Fellows accountable to one another and establishing a healthy homelife conducive to building a thriving community with their fellow missionaries
  • As far as logistics, I managed the following: All active leases on Program Housing properties, contracts with vendors (contractors, Internet providers, ADT, service technicians etc.), The planning & execution of 4 annual retreats (along with 7-10 one-off events annually), Served as a Landlord/ Building Manager for 5 properties (both local & out-of-state), Procurement of supplies, materials and furniture needed for houses, and maintained inventory of all items, Maintained compliance with systems such as FDNY, NYPD and Pest control.
