Summary

I am an experienced governance, institutional capacity building and program management professional. I have successfully developed and managed several countries' public sector development, local government conflict, and peace-building programs. I have excellent political knowledge of local, and national government development and service delivery enhancement. Over the years I have gained knowledge and skills in policy analysis, capacity needs assessments, organizational analysis, strategic planning, results-based management, program design, proposal writing, project planning, budgeting and financial management, monitoring and evaluation, conducting research, organising workshops and conferences. I have done a lot of consultancy work on various aspects of governance, organization development and strategic planning within public sector organisations.
