  • Byron Oldham, byronsoldham@gmail.com, 801-458-5450, Owner of SNOW GROOMERS, LLC, We bought a snow groomer company and moved if from Michigan to Utah. Leroy went with us so he could see how the old shop was built. Leroy built the new shop for us. It was made to be orderly, and you went from one station to another with the tools needed and never having to move stuff hardly at all. Very efficient shop. This was key in him being able to keep up with growth later. Then Leroy said hey why not let me build the snow groomers. He made them better than they ever were made before. Packaged them better. Saved material. Automated workflows. Made new models of snow groomers that we wanted so we could expand our market. Found better material when we could not get what we needed during covid. Got us up and running on a CNC machine so our tolerances were way better than doing things by hand like it was done in the shop before. He ran the CNC machine. All this helped us more than double our sales Built inventory so we could ship next day with all our snow groomers. He had it efficient. Leroy worked with the suppliers so we always had inventory to sell. He managed the books, the website and took care of customers and shipping issues. Even foreign market shipping. Made sure we were USMCA compliant. It is not easy to double a companies size. While keeping up with that growth in inventory. Leroy did all this in our company. We are not talking we had others build our snow groomers. Leroy designed the new models and built them. I thought some things on those new snow groomers would not work. In our test runs I was totally proved wrong. I tried my best to break the new snow groomer models. I could not do it. Leroy's designs were superb and saved us money as well. A few key things is, he knew how to buy the right quantities so you do not have too much inventory but do not run out of inventory. Buying in larger quantities saved us lots of money. He wrote the instruction manuals on how to put the snow groomers together after we shipped them and how to use the snow groomers. He built the snow groomers so that they could be boxed and shipped via UPS instead of on pallets. This allowed the customers to get the snow groomers much faster and for way less shipping cost. Thank you Leroy, Byron Oldham
  • Mark Willis, mark@relevantinc.com, Owners of Relevant, Inc, Leroy is an outstanding individual. He is thorough, intelligent and analytical. He allowed our company to gain better insights and developed an entire vertical marketing channel for us to drive revenue...and he plays a pretty good game of basketball.
  • Steve McCandless, steve@relevantinc.com, 801-361-9852, Owners of Relevant, Inc, When I first began working with Leroy, I was immediately impressed with his wide range of skill sets. However, as time went on I became even more impressed with his background and ability to adapt to the required needs. • Todd Swallow, toddswallow@gmail.com, President of INVICTUS Solar, It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Leroy Hartman. In my opinion, they dont make men much better. As a professional, Leroy went above and beyond to make sure his work was accomplished with excellence. His quick intellect and his varied skill set were a great asset to my company. His ability to provide solid information and feedback were utilized almost daily to help navigate Invictus Solar through the challenges of a start up company. Working with Invictus and bringing Leroy aboard, was a result of previously working with him and recognizing his unflinching character, we needed someone we could trust completely, and we found that in him. Leroy is a good man with great talents and skills and will be a great asset to whomever is lucky enough to have him on their team.
  • Ryan Phillips, ryanphillips29@hotmail.com, 801-599-0884, Direct Report at TrueNorth Academy, As VP of operations, Leroy was instrumental in building the company from the ground up. A relentless worker, he has a contagious passion for making every aspect of the company as good as it can beand then some. He has a unique talent for seeing the "big picture" and making sure that processes and procedures are streamlined and running as effectively as possible. His dynamic personality made him an ideal presenter at workshops, as he captivates and motivates like few others can do. Leroy is a master of manipulating databases to get a clear view of trends, and to make accurate forecasts for future business decisions.
  • D. Scott Elder, d.scott@cosmicbridge.com, 801-358-0010, Business Partner at TrueNorth Academy, Leroy is extremely focused and disciplined. He takes on all tasks and responsibilities with a high level of committment to get the job done right and on time. He is someone you can count on.
  • Dawn Duerr, https://www.linkedin.com/in/dawn-duerr-8830747/, Client from CareerBuilder while working for Acumen Learning, Leroy Hartman ran Business Acumen trainings for my company for over 2 years and I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgable, personable, and captivating training! The sales reps loved the experience and could attribute a huge increase in sales based on the knowledge they received. Most of our sales reps are responsible for meeting with C-Level executives. The training that Leroy facilitated gave them the confidence and the acumen they needed to set those appointments. One of the CEO's that a rep met with after the training said "I had to take the appointment with you because you knew everything about my business and where we want to go as a company…I have never heard that from a sales guy. You earned that appointment!" I would highly recommend Leroy to any company that wants to take their sales team to the next level!
