Advise the management team of key planning issues and make recommendations on important company decisions. Guarantee that quality control of the company assets are set at high levels. Ensure department heads are fully informed of operational changes and objectives.

• General manager of frac, cementing, coil and acidizing departments, Williston Service Center. Responsible for the business, technical and profit/loss statement of all well service offerings to the Energy companies in the Williston Basin/Bakken. Hired to open the service center, starting with a single pressure pump unit and grew the service center to 5 frac spreads, cement/acid, and coil department. +300 employees.

• Started in the Cement department as a driver and successfully completed all of the training to advance to supervisor, then on acid, frac and coil departments.
