- Photography began for me once creator programs came into effect for just about every social media platform. Upon hearing about these amazing opportunities I saw and opening to express myself in a world where it isn't easy to be heard.
- I sought passion in cars and the integrated role they play in our lives at an everyday capacity.
- With my skills of photography and graphic design, I would put together short clips of car videos to bring my thoughts to life. With this, I then began to take professional pictures of close friends and family as starter practice for up close and personal photos, which then led me to acquiring gigs. It allowed me to grasp a display portfolio to show off my best work to potential clients and promote skills and value.
- To give a summarized description of what most of my work entails, i would take photos from different angles and perspectives to capture perfect images; I would collaborate with clients to understand their vision, ensuring the final product was met or exceeded expectations; I completed complex photo shoots at indoor and outdoor venues; I trained new photographers in use of camera equipment and editing software; researched new camera equipment and accessories; monitored trends in photography to stay current in industry; assisted clients in selecting poses, wardrobe and backgrounds to photograph different looks, concepts and locations and lastly i would offer image proofs to help clients choose the best photos from their shoot.

- Upon applying to Target, It was mandated I settle for a 90 day probationary seasonal position and fortunately after the period was over, the position was given to me officially.
- As the day would start, I would work alongside fellow colleagues in maintaining and ensuring that the monetary value of every item on the sales floor was correct because without this, customers are able to challenge prices on items that are costly and get unwanted deals.
- Next, as our section would get products delivered it was my job to unpack cages of boxes, unpack store products from the boxes, then place the products in carts. After this process was executed, the stockroom was then to be cleaned of debris as me, or another colleague would assist in breaking down the boxes in our mechanically engineering box crusher machine.
- Next, the products that were placed in carts, these items were to either be pushed on the sales floor for purchase, or sent to backstock in the stockroom where I would use my zebra device which ensures that there are no issues in locating any items.
- As the day progresses, me and my team also work to Implement effective merchandising tactics that enhanced product presentation at certain locations on the sales floor. The term used for this tactic was dubbed "zoning" and with zoning, me and my team would pull all items to the front of their shelf location to prevent stress when finding items, as well as engaging in another activity dubbed "pulling" to ensure items bought were always replaced on the sales floor. This goes for technology products and reading books.
- I'd often research key competition retail sector trends and current trading opportunities for new initiative ideas.
- I enhance customer satisfaction by providing consistent and knowledgeable support for retail products and services.

- To enhance training effectiveness me alongside colleagues would design and implement customized coaching strategies to develop high-performing teams through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- As this took place as a summer job at a point in time, there was more time to help enhance player skills through various personalized one on one coaching sessions. This maximizes individual performance by accepting direction, proper coaching and helpful feedback.
- The last opportunity of experience I was given as an employee of this program was learning how to operate a sports digital clock whilst also learning how to operate a manual stat sheet for each team, along with every individual player.
