As an x-ray operator. Responsible for. Keep in constant focus on the HMI if any issues pop up to clear it in the best short time. Duties for X-ray. Clearing faults as hipot consecutive fails of any tools sensor rejects of any tools cycle power at any tester hipot at screw checking probe checking data for all rejects checking the yield % as well making hourly reports escalating issues in the best time possible keeping track of rejects as well letting know the engineers any abnormally.

As a machine operator, my duties include helping EPTs and MNT with AM and PM escalating faults for the tool when it is not clear. My skills are for 30 up tool and X-ray tool operation. I have been operating for 8 months and am a level 3 for X-rays and level 2 for 30 up. Working on level 3 as a machine operator requires monitoring and focusing on the HMI, clearing faults for 30 up such as miscounts, stuck cells, changing seals, pre-weigh self-abort, conveyance stop, and escalating faults such as table misalignment, HMI not homing, stuck cells that are impossible to get out, issues with the pusher, mis-punches, making reports updates, helping with hourly reports when the technician is absent, and writing reports for pass down for the next shift.
