- Plan and oversee the development of programs and best practices related to instruction using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments for individual students and collaborate in the development of Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Work directly with students who exhibit challenging behavior and provide support and professional learning for staff that
work with such students.
- Design and implement data collection systems and assist in the interpretation of that data.
- Work with classroom teachers and instructional assistants to model effective behavior and instructional programming.
- Prepare reports for the purpose of documenting case history, assessments, and treatments for individual students.

- Coach instructional assistants to run lessons/programming related tostudent IEP goals, as well as collect data
- Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists,and Physical Therapists to ensure student’s targets are being address outside of related services sessions
