As Operations Manager I oversee 26 employees. I lead my team in achieving audit criteria goals for both the facility audit and the safety audit. I ensure all processes are implemented and followed for the CSR's, Dispatchers, Title Clerks, Inventory Specialist and Loader operators. I hire, train, and motivate my staff. I am responsible for employee scheduling, time and attendance management. I handle the daily cash and check deposits. I monitor the office and yard supply inventory and purchase as needed. I conduct employee performance reviews. I handle all employee and customer issues.
