Started as a Product Specialist in 2019, fresh into product management, I switched gears on the operational side from the selling side, as I took on an area of an industry with curiosity and interest.

With excitement and awareness, I found Product & Project Management touched on all departments for which I worked alongside in; Accounting/Billing, Benefits, Client Relations, Sales, Operations, Integrations, Implementations, Marketing, Legal and Payroll.
As the only product specialist in our dept, I quickly jumped in to train, educate/self-educate and take on the “day-to-day” tasks and operations that were expected for several products without pause. Within my second year, I was honing in my skills, experience and knowledge and now “owning” my products with light supervision. Digging deeper into the position and maintaining the guide that was built, which was the evolution of the product process and to maintain it at all times. By now, our department had grown to include 3 other teammates for a total of 5 in Products.
While my tenure grew, I found myself taking on more projects and processes of the now 13 products that I maintained. Continuously building continuity through relationships alongside vendors, as my key role of vetting all products from introduction to launch through completion of all phases of the product life cycle process through our project management process to include; setting up vendor kickoff meetings, working within Smartsheet and tracking KPI's through the Project Plan. Moving products and projects along, conducting stakeholder meetings to build internal alliance, department trainings for education and product success, weekly to monthly vendor meetings through vetting to launch, review of all agreements and contracts, negotiating revshare for tracking and growth.
Conducted “monthly” trainings to ensure client relations team engagement, creating collateral and landing pages for ease of understanding of the products, assisting in daily questions or concerns with critical thinking to satisfaction, collecting monthly reports to help our partners keep track, strategizing for growth, writing detailed technical SOPs for helpful navigation, and a lengthy case history of over several hundred requests for assistance in Client Space. With minimal supervision, I've been able to consistently conduct multiple product launches and manage 12+ products, while gaining proven experience from integration to post launch.
Promoted to Senior Product Specialist after second year review, considered a valued asset to our team as well as many departments within Vensure. Working alongside team leaders primarily in Client Relations; Implementations, Integrations, Benefit Administration, Client Growth and Sales departments, became the "go to" contact within our department. As the Regional Sales Director, I was responsible for channel partnerships and new product development, innovative tools, and outstanding transparent service to keep TASC's products and services at the forefront of third-party benefits administration.
By working remote, I coordinated and functionally supervised all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Brokers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
With very little supervision, I was able to sign on the most brokers and agents as a first year RSD, with multiple opportunities to quote.
This position also had primary responsibilities to successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Providers and accounts to establish new benefit account management services (FSA, HRA, and HSA), separation services (COBRA), and compliance services (ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA, and ACA), and unique offerings like GiveBack and PayPath.
Relocated after 11 years in South Florida, back home to Indiana to take an opportunity with the largest privately held PEO provider in the country. With my over 5 years in the PEO industry, I was brought into the Indiana market to help build an underdeveloped 4% PEO Midwest market through Oasis as a preferred partner of Anthem. The concept was still new to Indiana, businesses as well as the channel partners in health. Anthem announced in 2012 the unique partnership between Oasis and how the PEO industry and solutions will be a valuable tool to help their health brokers/agents and clients in 2018 when Anthem and continue full ACA compliance.
Educating and consulting clients on how they can problem solve core operations by a full analysis and review of all components for a true bench marked comparison. Showed value in Oasis with Fortune 500 type benefits and HR support to build on client’s potentially broken or outdated systems in order to streamline and enhance their current infrastructure while offering discounts due to the massive size of Oasis quoting with the national carriers.
This is a cyclical relationship where it can take months if not years(s) for a client to move forward due to timing on renewals and or off cycle renewals.

By the request of Nick Wukoson, I accepted the role as the Scheduling Manager for Nick Wukoson's Congressional Campaign for the 18th District.
I have managed to program Nick into many GOP events, meetings, lunches, dinners and organizations to help build the campaign, the team and the sponsors. By introducing Nick to constituents, super voters, prominent and modest business owners, as well as political contributors he has gained a well-known and important following. Worked with different media contacts as well as strategizing on the core team.
With my help and team work, I am able to be a part of the strategy and plans that will grow this campaign throughout the primaries as well as the general election.
I was added to this group in a new position as a professional relationship building leader with real estate professionals, in order to educate them about our product in new construction and custom homes to gain leads and referrals. Met with several real estate agents and brokers in over 50 offices from Palm Beach to Brevard to gain potential clients for Paradise Homes

Held presentations, attended real estate events, meetings and lunches, and am widely known throughout Palm Beach to Indian River County that I was the person responsible for new business and marketing.
While still fresh to the industry, I was able to initiate a number of new accounts that averaged nearly $50,000 in gross sales my first year for payroll only accounts. Now, having become more educated in all tier groups including ASO and PEO or co-employment, targeted to add $81,200 to increase gross sales to $161,200 by 1st quarter 2013. All fostered on my initiative to building alliance partnerships, networking and cold calling within my territory that encompasses Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. With meeting and exceeding the goals set for me, I was promoted to Senior Business Consultant with the most sales on my team.
