● Managed team of 100+ Reps, 150 core stores
each week meeting crucial deadlines for clients.
● In charge of recruiting, hiring and coordinating training for new hires
and current Reps.
● Communicate with team daily on expectations and reaching
weekly deadlines on projects.
● Coaching and motivating team and problem solving daily in order to
reach and exceed goals.
● Audited Stores in the field, mapping territories, assigning/
scheduling projects, computer troubleshooting, safety assessments &
monitoring company portal.
● Stayed in close communication with Account Executives, Regional and
Districts managers.

Promoted to Regional Manager April 2021.

• Managed 10+ territories from South Carolina to Delaware. Territories consisted of 10-12 accounts averaging 100-120 Walmart Super Centers
• Responsibilities developing strong and successful Teams and providing top service for Clients.
• Help to increase Reps presence in these accounts and increase sales.
• In field 4 days a week building relationships with Regional Managers, District Managers, Store Management and store level employees
• Met with Client's /Vendors weekly to assist them with common goal of increasing sales and presentation of products at store level
• Achieved highest Awards in Company prior to being promoted from Territory Sales Manager to Regional Manager. l was awarded Rising Star in my first year. This followed with Top Sales Rep in District, Division and Nation. I was also rewarded the opportunity to attend World renowned Rapport International Leadership Breakthrough One (Self Awareness) in Las Vegas, Nevada and also Leadership Breakthrough Two (Teamwork) in Bentonville, Arkansas. Which were both career and life changing.

• Projected and Maintain stock in convenience store route of 10+ stores weekly by ordering and merchandising .
• Set Planograms and built displays and planned seasonal displays to increase sales while Developing outstanding relationships with District Managers, Regional Managers, Vendors and all levels of store Staff.
• Worked directly with all outside Vendors (Coke USA, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Hersey, Beer and Wine distributors , etc.)
• Worked very closely with all Store Managers and staff to motivate and encourage.
• Recruited, Hired and Trained new employees on all levels
• Dedicated and loyal Employee and enjoyed and thrived in my position at McLane Company . It wasn't until 2007 when Company was purchased by Warren Buffet the position eliminated for Full Service Route positions.
