Jet Engines such as "Rolls Royce"-BR700,(BR710C4-11),BR725,Tay611-8C, "Pratt & Whitney"-PW812GA, PW814GA Turbofan Engines

• Can Distinguish which is Engine #1 and #2, what is Outboard, Inboard , Foward, Aft to determine location of where components are.
• Removal, Inspections, and Re-Installation Of Main Engines for Off Wing & On Wing, Upper and Lower Cowl Doors.
• Fixed Cowl Inspections.
• Removal and Re-installation and Zonal Inspections of Pylon Panels,Bypass Panels, Inner Fairings
• Engine Swaps (removal of parts and re-installing)old engine to new engine or leased engine.
• Powerplant Internal Inspection, General Visual Inspection of Engine.(Leaks, Checking of Components, Tubes/Fluid Lines, Exhaust Inspections, Thrust Reverser Inspections, T/REV Pivot Door Deflector Plates, Pivoting Door,Inlet Inspections.
• Removal,Inspections, and Re-installing of Fan Blades,Annular Filler, Front Blade Retaining Ring,Nose Cone, and Nose Cone Fairing, Igniter Plugs , Fixed Cowl- Thrust Strut, Jury Strut/Alignment Strut, Aft Suspension Strut (Upper and Lower).
• Servicing & Detailed Inspections on the Engines-For Oil Filter, Oil Filter Differential Pressure Indicator, Integrated Drive Generator(IDG), Integrated Differential Pressure Indicator, Starter, Starter Magnetic Chip Detector/Collector, Oil Level Checks, Engine Magnetic Chip Detectors including Safety Wiring where needed.
• Inspections, Repairs, and Services according To Engine Manuals.
• Uses of Tools-Torque Wrenches, Ratchets, Wrenches, Swivels, Sockets, Drills, Punches, Picks, screw drivers, Flatheads, Extensions, Droplight , Flashlights, Mirror, Magnet's, Mechanical Fingers, Drifts, Mallets, Hammers, Magnifying Glass, Etc.
• Traveled and assisted when needed to different Facilities to Repair Other Aircraft and other Locations.
• Traveled and assisted for High Engine Run testing , leak testing.
• Some Touch up Paint Work On Aircraft.

• Delivers excellent customer service by listening to customers, helping customers select the right products for home improvement or business, and loading merchandise for customers.
• Color Matching, Mixing Paint to the customers color and size preference. (From sample 1/2 pint) or (Quart, 1 Gallon-5 Gallons)
• Maintained current pricing information and informed customers of discounts and promotions to maximize customer spending and increase revenue.
• Keep up with Products on selling shelves (front facing), downstocking from topstock into the selling shelves and making sure products are accounted for and organized.

• Responsibilities with engine maintenance in the shop with multiple aircraft such as Boeing 787, 777, 747, LEAP1-B 737-8, CF-348E/10E, Pratt & Whitney V2500, 1500G, 1100G, 4000 112", 530A, 305A, 306C, Rolls Royce TAY611-8, BR710. Including engine stand inspections/maintenance, and engine preservations.
• Familiar with the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Engine Manuals (EM), Service Bulletins (SB), Standard Practice Manual (SPM), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Powerplant Build-Up (PPBU), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), consumable materials, FAA Airworthiness Directives and other specifications to determine maintenance procedure, method of repairing and/or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
• Removed/Installed new systems, replacement parts and components to maintain proper operation In accordance with required manual and task/subtasks.
• Operated Borescope Endoscope equipment efficiently and properly uses of torque wrenches, ratchets, drills, dikes, extensions, sockets, mallets, etching gun, shrinkwrap heat guns, safety cable gun, and special tooling as required.
• Engine Inventories and input information of specific parts into Excel to verify all was installed on engine, Created Incoming/Outgoing Shiploose Sheets on Microsoft Word.
• Act in accordance with the requirements of the Repair Station & Quality Manual (RSQM), Including FAA/EASA Part 145 regulations, requirements, and procedures.

• Engine Incoming Photos, Customer Specific Photos, Inventory Photos, Shiploose Photos, Borescope Photos, AFT and FWD Mount Verification Photos, TCF Bracket Photos, Engine Stand Photos, Discrepancy Photos, Final Photos, Prepare To Ship Photos.
• Inspections of the Fall Protection Equipment, Air Compressors, Eye wash Stations, 30 & 60 Ton Cranes.
• Forklift Spotting
• Removal/Installation for General Engine Maintenance of Borescope Plugs, Shroud/Panel (Fan Exit liner segments), Crank Pad, Igniter Plug and Lead, Drain Mast, Drain Plugs, Oil Debris Monitoring System Sensor, Oil Filters, Fuel Filter, Removal of high metal, blends, safety cabling, safety wire, and Other General Maintenance Tasks.
• Familiar with Quantum Component Control Aircraft Services Database to order components/parts as needed , Creating Non-Routine Task Cards, Inputting In- Corrective Action and referencing manual used with updated revision number and most recent date for manual.
• Removal of damaged parts, inputting information on removal tags and making copies of documentation and placing parts in stores department.
• Making sure all safety procedures are being met and all required PPO is on.
• Familiar with consumbales- Tiodize T8E-H, Pure Nickel Special Compund, Molykote P-37, Clover, Nyco65 Vaseline, GP460 Vaseline Graphite Mineral, Dapco 2100, BAC5000 SC-1071H-1BLUE peelable parting agent, Alodine and other.

• Servicing in fast pace environment approx. 40 oil changes daily.
• Top and Bottom Side Technician- Adding fluids to vehicles, (water, brake fluid, power steering transmission, coolant, and oil) check of battery, serpentine belts, windshield wipers, and adding air to tires.
• Kept shop areas neat, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Inspected Vehicles to determine need for changing oils and filters and provided feedback to customers.
• Determined maintenance requirements and informed guest arrivals of any extra services we provide.

• Assisting with European Auto Maintenance Repair and Service. -Teardowns and Repairs.
