  • Post all job vacancies in NeoGov, schedule interviews, send application information, and gather feedback as necessary
  • Schedule and assist HR Director in conducting new hire orientations, compilation of new hire paperwork, and overview of policies and procedures
  • Input new hires, title changes, in-range salary adjustments, promotions, separations, and employee information changes into EC
  • Generate official internal documents, such as, appointment letters, salary increase memos, title change memos, promotion memos, separation letters, etc
  • Enter I-9 information in E-Verify and manage record keeping of documentation
  • Conduct benefits enrollment for eligible employees; assists with benefit administration including health, life, Section 125 flexible benefits, supplemental insurance coverage (dental, vision, cancer, accident, short term disability), PERS retirement plan and Deferred Comp
  • Manage performance review assessments, correspondence with supervisors on deadlines and maintain files
  • Maintains personnel file system and files correspondence and other records
  • Coordinates employee meetings and group events (health fair, benefits fair, etc.), assists with preparing agendas, and reserving and preparing facilities
  • Maintain workers’ comp First Report of Injury (FROI) and maintain WC files
