  • In 2022, D&B Supply committed to rebuilding their online presence from the ground up. I was part of the team which did just that. Having had Shopify experience, I recreated their internal Shopify site on the new Magento site. Work on that was set aside as we began building our B2C and B2B sites. Using Excel, I created spreadsheet formats and templates to add product data such as SKUs, UPCs, names, descriptions, and product features. Data also included page assignments, attribute assignments, and attribute set assignments.
  • I created many of the attributes and the sets, categories (taxonomy), and uploaded the bulk of the product data (and still do) needed for our site launch just nine months later. The website, dbsupply.com, has generated almost $1.5M since its launch in March 2023.

  • Hired to replace retiring lead who had built the nursery over 11 years to the top-performing center of all the D&B stores despite not being the largest.   • I created a spreadsheet system to accurately assign product SKUs and track inventory. Previously, this had all been done by hand. Inventory accuracy increased significantly and product was received into our PIM much more quickly.
