Log all incoming institutional Warehouse orders and distribute to applicable areas for processing.
Maintain all necessary paperwork for inmates assigned to Warehouse including payroll and training records, as well as supervise assigned inmate workers.
Update and maintain employee time sheets, employee absences, requested time off and provided training to employees regarding Warehouse and institution needs. Assist all areas and employees of the Warehouse on as as needed basis to ensure all goods are distributed to fulfill institution needs including working additional hours as needed.
Ensure all searched are conducted weekly to maintain safety and security of the Warehouse.
Aid in the procuring of supplies needed to maintain daily operations of the Warehouse and institution.
Auditing of daily Fair Labor Standards Act, (FLSA), timesheets to identify and correct any errors and to reconcile FLSA timesheets with custodial employee monthly timesheets utilizing departmental scheduling software.
Verify employee monthly leave credits taken by reconciling employees timesheets with departmental software program.
Track outstanding custodial employee timesheets and prepare Accounts Receivable notices to be sent to employee as necessary.
Work with Personnel Specialists to ensure all timesheets and leave credits are correct prior to posting of monthly employee payroll.
Assisting in any other assigned duties related to office needs including working additional hours as needed.

Daily audit of parole cash box to maintain accuracy of fund balance.
