As a Center supervisor I made sure the entire center always ran smoothly. I made sure the medical receptionist were doing proper arm checks making sure the were screening properly. Placing the blood pressure cuff on the arms of our donors correctly to get an accurate reading . , and making sure temperatures taken correctly. All the while making making our new donors feel welcomed in he center. I made sure our donor support technicians were taking down and setting up the PCS2 machines for plasma donation so the phlebotomist can stick and move onto the next donor quickly. I t rained and coached them on how to be more sufficient in their work. I also was in charge of processing . I made to make sur there was a line of clearance at all times. Meaning you can only work with one bottle at a time, I made sure the bottles were processed within the proper time given . I was in charge in making the processing schedule.
