Studio Operations
● Ensure all inquiries from the email inbox (noho@barmethod.com and
noho-manager@barmethod.com) and phone are resolved within 24 hours.
Elevate issues when necessary to resolve more complicated issues quickly.
● Respond to inquiries and resolve client/studio issues.
● Oversee general cleanliness of the studio. Manage tidiness of staff lounge and
behind front desk
● Assist walk-ins and phone calls during off-hours.
● Make sure Zoom links and recordings are being sent to clients. Troubleshoot and
issues that arise.
● Make sure all supplies are stocked. Check End Of Shift emails and anticipate needs in
advance of being out of supplies, including water deliveries.
● Assist in organizing minor maintenance and repair of studio equipment and
fixtures when needed.
● Notify Owner of bigger repair and maintenance issues and coordinate outside
help with repairs when needed.
● Maintain schedule to have the mats laundered regularly.
● Schedule regular maintenance services: exterminator, carpet cleaning (need to
find a vendor).
● Ensure the following areas stay neat, clean and organized on a regular basis:
front desk, storage closet behind desk, laundry area, staff room.
● Expected to work an average of 30 hours per week, including an on site shift
each week.

Client Accounts
● Troubleshoot and resolve client/class roster issues in MarianaTek.
● Oversee Club Bar freezes and cancellation process.
● Follow up with all delinquent Club Bar payments via text and email to resolve
outstanding accounts.

Front Desk Staff
● Coordinate and produce the front desk schedule every month.
● Onboard and train new hires.
● Inform Owner when hiring and firing of front desk staff members may be
necessary.
● Act as a resource to front desk staff, answering questions and providing
feedback.
● Communicate regularly with front desk staff to update them on relevant studio
information such as policy changes, events, promotions, etc.
● Assist in ongoing training and development of front desk staff.
● Make sure all shifts are covered (including swaps and emergency coverage).
● Prepare and run staff meetings to discuss transitions and seasonal improvement
● Maintain staff contact list and work with Social Media Manager to make sure that
staff birthdays are acknowledged on social media

Sales, Marketing and Events
● Coordinate implementation of sales and promotions.
● Assist with email marketing efforts to communicate with clients.
● Coordinate with Social Media Manager to promote sales, promotions and events.
● Plan and execute events and fitness challenges.
● Coordinate supplies to support events.
● Attend and carry out events to success.
● Execute all Brandbot tasks via text/email
● Initiate lapsed client/unconverted client winback campaigns regularly
● Attend HQ calls related to staff operations, marketing, promotions, Brandbot
campaigns, etc.

Assets and Signage
● Create assets in Marq for email and social marketing and in-studio signage for
both Noho and Darien studios
● Create and post current content to the community board. Keep all studio signage,
including the outdoor sign, up to date with promotions, events, class information,
etc.
● Develop all collateral such as client gift bags, prizes, thank you notes, etc.

Media Coordinator

  • Created and implemented new role at SSCG Media alongside Vice President of Media Operations
  • Work directly with Multichannel Media Planners to continuously develop, monitor & adjust media
    schedules.
