Originally hired as the CNOIC/Supervisor of the Specialty Clinics – to include Allergy/Immunology, Dermatology, Neurology, and Sleep Disorder Clinics ( during this time I oversaw the relocation of the Sleep Disorder Clinic from Womack to Joel in its entirety)
In that role, I supervised approximately 20 nursing/technician staff members
After 18 months and management's review of my performance, I was MDR (Management Directed Reassignment) to the Department of Medicine's Internal Medicine Clinic with 19 nurses and 36 providers.
Functioned as Supervisor of all those clinics until an Interim Supervisor was selected for the original four. After that I was tasked to cover down for the Pediatric CNOIC for one year until a new supervisor was hired. After that I was then asked to take Dermatology Clinic back under my supervision.
Provide department/meeting/leadership coverage for the DCMS DON in her absence
Responsible for placing employees on yearly standards and ensuring they are met
Perform AM Huddles and addressed staffing issues, clinic PI projects, Patient Safety Concerns

Oversight of payroll in ATAAPS and concurrent DMHRSI entry as an approver
Facilitator of the physical move of Sleep Clinic from inside WAMC to outside site Joel Clinic to include all new Natus Equipment- working with the project manager from facilities management division
Current hand receipt holder for large inventory totaling over $700,000 (was Hand Receipt Holder of the Month 8/2021), am POC for new /broken equipment from laptops to EKG machines
Oversaw the renovation of Internal Medicine Clinic to include the opening of Charlie Hallway in the IM Clinic- from phones, office supplies/furniture, exam room equipment etc for functionality and usability
Involved with the deployment of the new MHS GENESIS EHR and ensuring staff attended training for its success
