- Worked alongside NICB agents in the recovery of stolen vehicles -processed and submitted required documentation to facilitate the retrieval of stolen vehicles recovered in Mexico for the repatriation process
- Produced training videos/materials together with NICB and inhouse SIU department to train adjusters on identifying fraudulent situations, learning to identify how damages occurred in a particular situation and to pursue a more thorough investigation for questionable damages, was the trainer for SIU training and assisted in examination of claims for SIU referral
