After 25 years in advertising I have come to the realization I was in the wrong profession! I am a helper, and my greatest personal achievement was the success of team members who were afforded opportunities that allowed them to grow.
Today I have been shaped by 30 years of adulting and have found my passion in helping others. Thus begins my journey into the recovery profession. Having just successfully completed the Ethical Behavior for the Addiction Professional course I applied to my RADT Certification on August 6, 2024. Additionally, I am taking courses to achieve my CADC-I and plan to complete this certification by December 2024. In tandem with pursuing credentials in the recovery field, I am beginning my Coach Certification Program at Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in October, with a completion date of May 2024.
Based on this, I am looking for an opportunity to enter the treatment profession in whatever capacity is best suited. I have personal family history with addiction and a gift in helping others succeed. Please consider my passion and drive to support others on their healing journey for your next support role.
