This job required me to maintain a clean organized area. I had to make sure the customers were called as soon as their orders were full filled. I had to assist customers with our touch screen monitors when they needed help with their orders. Making sure I had an organized inventory of material was very important and I had to fill out a form to order materials missing. I had to also know basic trouble shooting for our machines and put in orders for maintenance to be done. We were a team so whenever electronics needed my back up I had to make sure our customers were helped in a fast friendly pace so they can leave satisfied.

I was in charge of keeping the store organized and running smoothly. I had to call for back up when needed and help with returns and over rides when necessary. My biggest goal was to deliver a friendly and fast checkout for the customers to leave happy and make sure they came back in the future.
