Knowledge of safety and operation of AOI machine per WI or equipment manual. Ability to run AOI machine independently; startup, loading recipe, adjusting conveyor belt, production runs, shutdown, and, Inspection and X-Ray equipment. Ability to write & read in English to complete Batch Log and Parts Changeover Logs. Conduct in-process inspection. Knowledge of inspection process, inspect one section at a time, looking at component placement, orientation, polarity, value and missing parts. Visually inspect assembly for obvious damage, non-conformance, cleanliness, component mounting and installation, and soldering quality. Route defective boards to repair department
