Responsible for the financial consolidation and integration of two diverse television stations since their acquisition by General Electric (GE).

Most recently we have consolidated with NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports California and now have fully integrated the sales, marketing and digital departments to better serve the entire market.

• Collaborate with Sales team for all 4 stations to ensure accuracy for weekly, monthly and quarterly close and pacings.
• Prepare and support VP of Sales and Corporate finance team on Sales Incentive Compensation for all 4 stations.
• Designed financial reporting procedures for the General Manager and department heads to ensure cost controls and to identify business development and growth.
• Chosen to be a member of the Division's Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee.
• Frequently chosen to participate in Division wide committees to establish policy and best practices.
• Oversee all capital expenditures for the duopoly and work closely with VP Technology. Major projects include: purchasing and constructing an 86,000 square ft building to house both KNTV and KSTS; moving the main transmitter for KNTV from the south bay to San Bruno.
• Trusted advisor to General Manager and senior leadership team to assist in implementing strategies for the duopoly's vision and objectives.
• Managed and led the stations through audit from the Corporate Audit Staff focused on financial, technological, and Employee Health and Safety (EHS).
• Assisted in the negotiation of the SF Giants Broadcast deal for KNTV.
• Facilitated multiple conversions of financial and traffic systems.
• Facilitated 3 moves of the San Francisco sales office including building the strategy to restructure a lease buyout resulting in $600k / year savings.

• Managed due diligence for acquiring several companies over 3 year period.
• Oversaw budgets, payroll and accounts payable and receivable.
• Directed budget development, creation of budgetary controls and recordkeeping systems.
• Created, planned and implemented policies and procedures to increase productivity and maximize return on investments.
